We’re looking for a Specialized beginner to join our HR department and help us grow our IT brigades.

Specialized beginner liabilities include sourcing, webbing and furnishing a shortlist of good campaigners for colorful specialized places. You’ll also network online and offline with implicit campaigners to promote our employer brand, reduce our time- to- hire and insure we attract the stylish professionals.

Eventually, you’ll make a strong tech gift channel and help hire and retain professed workers for our IT positions.


Write and post specialized job descriptions
Source implicit campaigners on niche platforms
Parse technical chops and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Performpre-screening calls to dissect aspirants ’ capacities
Interview campaigners combining colorful styles(e.g. structured interviews, specialized assessments and behavioral questions)
Coordinate with IT platoon leaders to read department pretensions and hiring needs
Craft and shoot substantiated retaining emails with current job openings to unresistant campaigners
share in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Compose job offer letters
Onboard new hires
Promote company’s character as a great place to work
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and conditions
Keep over- to- date with new technological trends and products
Conditions and chops

Proven work experience as a Specialized beginner or beginner
Hands- on experience with colorful interview formats(e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
Specialized moxie with an capability to understand and explain job conditions for IT places
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and renew databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing ways(e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean hunt)
