Places and liabilities

laboriously serve assigned customer accounts and end druggies so that guests may achieve their positive business issues
Handle inbound customer support conditions
Diagnose and help resolve customer conditions
Completely document support issues, help expand and maintain our Knowledge Center and escalate issues where necessary
Develop in- depth knowledge ofT.M.F.T relation results offered by VentureBloom
Develop perceptivity on SME pain points and openings to work collaboratively utilising theT.M.F.T results and platform
Drive client engagement and relationship
Derive assiduity knowledge and keep tab of companies in assigned terrain to make collaborations under the Beyond Borders program
Coordinate digital marketing enterprise of the Company
Wanted seeker Profile

Recent graduate or operation graduate with previous work experience in service, client success, operations, business development, in SME sphere preferred
Experience with business and data analytics & collaboration tools including Google wastes, Slack, Bitrix, Business Intelligence Tools a plus
largely complete in communication and donation chops
Strong critical thinking and problem- working chops
An aptitude to learn and acclimatize snappily in a fleetly changing terrain
The capability to make strong working connections in a cooperative setting
