What will you be doing?
Should have hands- on experience in Multi country payroll
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including duty forms and nonsupervisory compliance
Adherence to yearly SLA criteria and other prominent deliverables
Serves as liaison to workers and with third party payroll merchandisers to insure payroll processing directly reflects company specific pay programs.
Partner with HR & Finance brigades where needed to insure collaboration and information sharing between the brigades for flawless delivery
Process mapping and attestation is developed, streamlined and maintained
Attend and resolve payroll queries and give accurate information to stakeholders as per agreed SLA.
corroborate and review exit concurrence formalities and process hand F&F consequently.
Strong attention to detail with the capability to work singly.
Capability to manage multiple design assignments in a deadline- driven terrain.
What do we need?
Should have min 4 times of experience in Multi country Payroll.
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ HRM or its original
Good communication chops.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications( Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Solid Logical, problem working and decision- making chops.
Amulti-tasker with the capability to prioritise workload and directly work in a presto- paced, fleetly growing terrain
